I was thinking the same about Bumble writing a book. He wouldn't even have to have it edited, it should be great just the way he writes it. Sorry about your misfortune with Sears. Personally I haven't had any trouble with them. From what you're saying it seems like it's the employees. I deal with the same people when ever I buy something there. I've also raised some hell, but they always seem to give me good service.
