It won't. Speed density works on pre-built tables, there is a little bit of tolerance in the system - mainly to accomodated wear as the engines get older and to compensate for variances in parts that is unavoidable in any mass production system. Changeing from #19 to #24 injectors without burning a new program is way past tolerance. Your choices are to have someone knowlegeable program an an overide chip or burn a new program to accomdate the new injectors. Problem is; it can get costly if you make many more changes.

What you can do, is fiddle with the fuel pressure to make the #19 work a little harder. It ain't a perfect solution but many guys have made it work. #19 are good up to about 250 - 270 hp ... if you tweecer them you might be able to get more, but it gets dangerous - in a big hurry.
