I thinking you need

1) Find a decent middle of the road Clutch Setting

2) Work on your shock settings / Tire Pressures / Springs, Sounds like something is unloading to soon or not loading correctly. Have you tried some ballast yet? Have you Scaled the car?

3) Maybe work on Ignition Timing / Carb Set-up, Alot can be done with electronics now days.
