I posted before concerning hood-clearance issues with 72-76 Torinos, and that I was looking for a hood scoop to give me a little extra room for an edelbrock RPM intake on top of my big-block 521. Here's what I got:
It's very similar in style to the Torino sport hoods, and seems to compliment the lines of the hood very well. It should add just enough clearance for the RPM intake (which sits about 1.5" higher than stock) with a little wiggle room to spare with a standard 14x3 air cleaner.
This scoop is called a "1967 Shelby type" and measures 40 7/8 x 30 5/8 x 3 3/8 tall. It came from "Motorsports Parts USA" which makes a lot of different fiberglass parts for very reasonable prices. They've got an ebay store:
