On the same subject I figured I'd throw these pics up for fun. The bare case has been painted and prepped, and you can see the trued gasket surfaces and no paint on the other mounting and mating surfaces. The lighting is bad, but the corners, edges and valve body passages are deburred, giving a slight reflection:

And just for giggles - I'm sure some of you recognize this little gem. Just picked it up yesterday for a future behind an E85 fueled 700hp crate-motored street rod. I'm also doing the custom fuel injection on this project, but tuning the upper power levels might be a bit scary on MT street tires, LOL:
