Those small benefits, to me, are no advantage at all, that's what I was trying to get at. 2-3 mpg better at best and unless you plan on switching out heads/intakes/plenums on a regular basis what's the point? I've done a MAF conversion, and while it was a fun project, it was also a complete PITA. Of course I changed a whole bunch of other stuff too which maybe just made it feel worse than it was.
