I'd remove your glass,trim,and bed access panels, and send it to a media blasting service that can remove all that rust. then you'll know how far the damage goes. I'm thinking your rusted floors are typical for that year; and are probably available from Dearborn Classics, or one of the 50's Fairlane suppliers.That's an amazingly straight grille!
