Greg,
If you've bent all the exhaust then check the p/v clearance. 100 thousands is the minumin you can run. I'd have them check that clearance, if the cam slipped or your floated the valves a few intakes would have ended up bent. You may need to flycut the pistons. Do you have a witness marks on the piston tops other then a hole?

I'd drop of the heads and block to the builder and start working a deal.
