Heres an update: After wondering why the horn, 4-ways, back up lights and turn signals do not work I removed the fancy Grant steering wheel, well the previous dildo did not put the horn plate in it, plus the 4 ways come on when the steering wheel is turned so I guess I need to remove the adapter plate and see what else was wrecked in the column. I had to scrape pine tar off it cause it was left under a tree, one of his kids put a hammer through the windshield and the car has mis matched brake rotors upfront, oh and the exhaust system is held on with clothes hangers, I hate when morons touch cars....
