In an 1986 Mustang, which electric fan mfg do you guys find works the best?

I had a flexilite pump mounted fan that cooled the engine perfectly but it destroyed the radiator shroud on my sons first pass two weeks ago.
I would like to free up the additional HP also by converting to a electric
fan. I would also like to be able to wire it so I could turn it on while the motor is not running.
