When using filler, you should fill the block BEFORE sending it out for machining. As the filler sets and hardens, it can actually slightly change the roundness of the cylinders. If you put filler in after boring and honing you are asking for ring seal problems.

Also, I agree with the other guys, its not needed in your application.
