idle problem UPDATE

Well , today I hit a new LOW. OH YA I did. If you have been following along with my previous post then you know I have a serious idle problem. As FE put it, I finally gave up today and took the P.O.S. to theTARDS. Tards hook it up on computer and drive it and blah, blah , blah. Tard pulls a lean code (DUH! ,I new that!!) out of both banks and says it is O2s. and is very suspect of idle control valve. I tell tard that I cleaned valve but he say it is clean but still defective. I think tard is defective but any WHOO. This "check out" is free and I proceed to go to local parts store and buy two O2s and a idle control valve(some folks call them solinoids) but you know what I mean.I go home. It takes me longer to get out the tools and jack the car up than it takes me to change the parts. I also remember to unhook battery to clear computer. Start car up and HOLLY ****E, you have NEVER heard somthing idle so poorly. RAGE ensues quickly! to say the least but I calm down , stab the throttle a few times, let it warm up but NO better. So I figure puter needs some "private time" to get use to new parts. Take P.O.S. out for a spin and as It reaches temp, it gets a little better but not much. Tach is also slow to respond to my foot. If you remember , I was having the exact opisite problem before. Poor idle when at temp and in drive at a "stop"to long. Now it has poor idle ALL the time, no power and does not seem to be any idle change at all between Park and Drive. I fiddle a tiny bit with fuel press, timing, and idle adjust, but NOTHING make a dif. HELP???
