I wont spend much time in traffic, it's not too bad here and my work is only a 5 min drive from my house. Most of tbhe driving will be recreational.

One more: Will the alternators possibly be swapable? Pulleys look to be the same size but I haven't had a chance to size up the bracketry yet. If that is good I think I will try it out. The alt on the 351 has 5 connectors sticking out whereas the 289 one has only 4. Not sure where they would all go so I was hoping to use the 289 alt.
