Question Re: Speaking of torque converter stall.....

Ok, here's what I found. Case is iron (magnet sticks). Pan looks like the FX pan with the filler tube going in the side but, it has 14 bolts not 13. The case, minus the flange for the rear pump measures 9 7/8". The vacuum modulator is on the left rear. The tag reads:

PCD Z
352 4L 6B

What have I got?
