I have always used craftsman toolsand had no trouble with them ,or if I had to return them,but I will never ever buy another power tool of any kind from them again .I had a real bad experince with one of there pressure washers involving customer service and the parts department .Never try to rebuild a pump on craftsman pressure washer ,it is anightmare to get the parts you need ,seems if you need a 15 cent o ring you hav eto buy a $ 40 kit just to get that o ring. the guy told me I would come out better just buying a new pump and he was right.
