That depends on how good the information your friend has again, if he had good info. It could be within 10-15% of the desktop, but you should be in the ballpark, I'd shoot for the low end. If the numbers sound reasonable your probably going to be in that general area.
What's the motor by the way?
Someone might be able to tell you about how much hp to expect.
