Re: Summit Header Dual Exhaust Kit

trashline,,,, you crack me up.. I had the same experiance. My headers don't come back straight so I had to cut right from day one. I can't get the one tail pipe come out straight so I also took them off and put turn downs after the mufflers before the rear end. =8-)

I am going to make my own H pipe cause I think it will be easy with a extra piece of pipe cut from my extra tail pipe or just a cheap piece from the local parts store.

=8-)

Back to the summit kit. I got my kit for $135 before the price went up. The kit is a good value. Are there better deals out there? Sure. But this is a good kit for the money and if you have headers that come straight back this should fit pretty good. If you need to fab them they will fit even better.

I think all toll with my headers, extra quick remove clamps, and upcoming 'H' pipe I think I am into my exhaust for $250. If you can get a custom kit for that at the local exhaust shop do it, but make sure that you can easily drop it when you want.
