Tried looking up Shelby De Mexico, they did the license with Carroll Shelby for Mexico, but in 1974 it all ended. Edward is now doing business as a drywall manufacturer...pulled this from the website linked below...

Darkhorse site has a nice write up on the Shelby de Mexico times, but searching the net, can't find anythng currently active for Sheby in Mexico or any other info that is different.
