Yes, usually, but a Falcon is surprisingly light compared to a '67-'69 Mustang or Cougar.

By the way, Falcon Girl, you should also get a proportioning valve to put in-line to the rear drums. I got a little black one with a knob on top on eBay for about $30. I put it on, adjusted it to 1/2 way open, and never had to adjust it again.

You probably know this, but run the rear drums off of the front reservoir, and front discs off of the back reservoir. The pressure switch goes on the brake line to the drums (just use a T right off the front reservoir).
