Another overlooked area is the flywheel bolts themselves.
I have seen lots of times where guys just re-use old bolts thinking they are fine... they are not. If you pull your old bolts and examine them closely... more than likely you'll find that they have stretched.
When ever doing a clutch or taking off your flywheel... always get new bolts.
