The hydrogen thing has been done to death, it's just another perpetual motion machine. The hydrogen produced causes less fuel consumption, and water is free right? But, it takes the same amount of energy to separate the H2/O2 as you get recombining it in the combustion chamber. It takes electricity from your alternator to create the hydrogen, alternator is driven by the engine, and none of these processes are anywhere near 100% efficient, so all your fancy mobile electrolysis lab did was add more load/loss to the engine.
