Heat up the O2 bung nut with a torch until it is almost glowing orange. Then quickly put on your O2 socket and it should turn no prob. BECAREFUL with open flame under car. The longer way is to soak the bung every couple hours wit WD40 for about a day then let sit over night. May do the trick but be careful if you have to follow with tourch as WD40 highly flamable!!
