Parts vs Parts

I have some questions about some aftermarket parts that I have. Im looking ot build a couple negines and im not sure what parts to use. First: I have an old set of TFS high ports that flow 280 cfm. There the 80's old style ones. I also have an old set of TFS R heads, also the old style, they have been ported to 1260 gasket. Im gonna build a 427 windsor with 11:1 pistons, .600" 250 degree hyd roler cam, 750 carb, victor jr intake. Its going in a 86 mustang gt with a tko 500 5 speed, and a stock rear end with 3:55 gears. The car will be street driven, and im not sure what head to use. What would the power difference be? Whaty wuld the torque difference be?

Second: Im building a 306 with 11:1, an x303 cam, ported and polished C9 351W heads, 1:7 rockers, with a 5 speed. Would a torker 289 intake or w victor jr be better for this combo. Its going to be a daily driver, and its going to see lots of track time. It will be driven everywhere, even to work. which intake should I use? what would the power difference be?

Third: What is the power difference between a solid roller cam, a hyd roller, a solid lift, and a hyd lift. I know the solid roller makes the most, but how far behind are the others???

thanx for the help.
