So I tried to put it all together this weekend and..... I do need to run 1" wheel spacers. The frame to frame measurement in the tightest area is about 41.5" and the inside tire to tire clearance is 42" - just barely fits but I want more clearance. This will also bring the tire closer to the fender lip which will be fine.

As of right now the extreme outside measurement from tire to tire is 64". That is with 9.5" rims, 7" backspacing, Maverick 8" rear end and BFG G-Force 275 40 17 tires.

Ordering the wheel spacers today and should have pics up soon - will look pretty good.
