Nice work =D. If you were down here I'd sonic check the roof for you to see if you could take it out the rest of the way without getting too thin. I wouldn't square anything off either. Looks good as/is. If you REALLY wanted to do some work...you could make them look like this though:

On a more serious note though lol...you might call Trickflow and ask them if there is enough meat in the roof for that final 1/8". If you left the port floor untouched, you could give them the total height from the port floor and they could give you an idea if you'd be safe. I'm thinking you would...but that's thinking!! Check with Trickflow and they might be able to set you straight!
