I have the manifold (all cleaned and refurbished) the carbs and next step is the fuel rail. I am currently looking for a used linkage but my real delima is where to get the carbs rebuilt. Holly wont answer their phone...How hard are they to rebuild?
My booket (circa 1966) says that Fairlane designed intake manifolds will not fit on to full sized Fords due to cylinder head design. So you need one designed for a Galaxie. Then too they have listed a couple for that year, one for A/T and the other for a S/T (at $202.55 each).

Holley may have created the carburetors, but Ford was who sold them, and thus they get known as a Ford Carb. now. Which could be why the current Holley does not want to talk to you about them, for they did not sell them originally, Ford did.

Wm.
