Circa 1964 H-M had a couple of Falcon's prepared in Texas for European rallies. (This prior to the 1965 Mustangs they did about one year later on). For the 1964's roll bars and shoulder harnesses were mentioned. More was written up on modifications to the 260 engine than the chassis.

I would asssume that they used a local Texas based firm for the belts, iff'n you want to be quasi-authentic.
