Changed converters last week then spent the weekend at the track. Since I had 3 days of racing scheduled, I decided that I would have lots of seat time to try the new converter. Fri. ran Club Clash, fuel pump failed and lost first round. Fixed it Sat. morning, headed for the track and got there just in time for the King Street drive. Ran 2 classes, K/S and Pro ET. Took 8th in K/S, lost second round in Pro. Sunday was Ford day at Bandimere. Ran in Street Ford and Pro Ford. Lost 3rd round in Pro, 4th round in Street, both times the car didn't hook and the 60's went backwards so the car wouldn't run the number.
The track was bad and those 235-60-15's are pretty small.

Sunday the car laid down a new best. This was at 9100' DA;

1/8 7.596 @ 89.68 mph

1/4 12.029 @ 110.51 mph

The best 60' with the new converter is a 1.637. A little more tweaking on this 349 and I should be able to drill 11's. Pretty happy to be knockin' on that door with an all motor, drive it through the gates 4 door Fairlane. We'll see what happens this weekend in K/S.
