I have 3 tail lights that I made 2 good ones out of. I will likely have to replace both lenses as soon as I find some nice ones since there are some cracks at the top.
Here are some before and after pictures. I wet sanded by hand starting with 400 grit, then 600...800...1000...1500...2000 then Meguiar's Plastix
The look like watermelon Jolly Ranchers!! I was very happy with how they turned out.
