I'm glad someone implemented a closed loop EFI using a wideband O2 sensor! Obviously the system must 'learn' a fuel map over time, and fine tune it based on WBO2 feedback. My question is, can the end user program in their desired air/fuel map, IE at WOT I want 12.8:1 and at cruise I want 15:1? Or is it all preprogrammed/self adjusting, with no means to fine tune it?

Several standalone ECUs employ this option. Autronic and MoTec to name a few.

You set the target ratios and then fine tune from there in the individual cells. Autotune isn't exactly what it sounds like. It doesn't do the whole job for you. It just makes things go A LOT faster. And you do need a very good wideband in order to accomplish it.

Ignition is controlled in a few fashons. Distributorless or controlling the coil firing.

I'd sure like to see a comparison between ez-efi, powerjection and a finely tuned carb on the same intake and engine. I'm thinking of going this route, Ive seen good reviews and results using the powerjection setup which is wideband selftuning as well. What is the cfm rating? Looks like TBI has improved because of high pressure injectors and wide band.

I'd sure like to see a 4500 version for us big block guys that maybe is good to 750-800. Probably have trouble controlling injectors that big though

Doubtful. Controlling injectors is no problem. I have run 2200cc injectors on a 4 cyl and still idled perfectly at 800rpm. It is possible, but its not cheap.

somebody buy one and let us know how it works.....or do I have to?
