351W Rotating Assembly

What is the max RPM that a stock crank and rods can be spun to? Its a 1986 351W HO. I'm taking it to get machined tomorrow. I'd like to get it to 5500 and get aroung 400 Hp and the same in torque. Will it last long ? It will be tightened with ARP bolts. I need to know today so I can order parts if need be.
By the way, does anybody know where I can get all the glass for an 1967 4 door T-bird?

I'd think it should be good for 6200 rpm no problem especially with the arp bolts.

My first/little engine in the stang was a .030" 351W. stock crank/stock rods. ARP rod bolts. Ross pistons.
Ran that thing past 8 grand every pass.
