Piece of crap...

It's a single plane with very small runners... so it lacks the low end the longer runners of dual plane promotes, while choking off the top end with it's tiny cross section.

You're better off with one of the more modern large capacity dual planes, such as the Edelbrock RPM or Air Gap, or the Weiand Stealth.

If it's incredibly inexpensive, and you're incredibly cheap, it might be better than a stock cast iron unit....

Good Luck!

While I hate to disagree, I do love to argue but the Holey ST is not that bad. Actually for an under 6500 rpm 351W it is an excellent intake. A friend ran one for years and finally bought a Victor Jr expecting big gains. Barely gained a tenth. He also ran it on a stroker with good results.
I used the FE version on my 428 with a 2 inch spacer. When I switched to a Blue Thunder I also saw very little gain from the swap.
Port matching is a given ( FE needs welding to match a CJ port) and for going racing an open spacer helps a lot.
