upgrades

Hi I have a few questions for some possible upgrades I can do to my 69 Mustang 302 while planning for a 351W I used to have a 85GT that ended up getting scrapped but I kept everything I could basically take off. I have a performer RPM with a Holley 1850 600 Vac Sec on the 69 is a Edel. F4B intake and a 1405 Performer which would be best for that also the 69 has the stock exhaust manifold and I have the "pinched" shorty headers from the 85 would be worth it to have those installed? I dont want to do too much because I dont know the history of the engine and would rather put it in a new motor and start from there thanks in advance for any insight.
