351W in a 67 - what's required?

Sorry if this has been covered before here - I've done some searching but have only found pieces to the puzzle.
I've pulled the 302 w/C4 and getting ready for a 408 stroker w/C4.
What accessories off my 302 will not fit?
I've gotten the hint that the pan won't and that the alternator bracket won't either.
How about interference with my power brake booster? Will the taller deck height cause the valve cover to interfere?
Any recommendations on headers or radiator upgrades?
Thanks Ford Muscle!
Joe

Hey joe, I live in League City, not too far.
I did the swap in my 66, and you need a new pan, you can get a stock one from John's mustang in Houston for $90 or but a Milodon and end up paying around $250. For headers you can get headmans from summit for $110 but they are only 1 5/8", or you can get the supercomps and pay a few hundre more for 1 3/4". My 3 core replacement radiator keeps my 393 cool with a stock pump and no shroud. I don't know about the power brake clearance, but the brackets don't really fit. I was on a budget and I rigged mine up to work, but it wasn't pretty.
Good Luck

Hey Chris, thanks for the reply.
I'd like to take a look at what you did.
Are you going to the WestsideMustangs cruise to Kemah on the 24th? Maybe we could get together then.
