timing

putting in my new msd6al with new msd billet dist on my 408w, what timing should i go with these strokers, had my done last year, but havent check it in a while, i need total and base timing, my car is at the shop because my msd6al poop out on me, so i have to time the whole thing again, hes putting in dist first because msd didnt come in yet, also what plug gap on the msd, maybe 35 to 40.

Some say .050 and that's what I use in my 302
