Harmonic Balancer

We got the torque convertoe off...thanks for your help. Still working on Harmonic Balancer. The tool to pull it off says to remove the "retaining bolt". Is that the big 15/16" one in the center of the balancer??? If so is there any trick to removing this without turning the crank??

With the converter off, put a large screw driver through one of the flex plate holes (that allow access to the converter drain plug). Then unscrew the balancer bolt. The crank will turn until the screw driver jams against the block. Expect the bolt to be very tight. Use the same technique to tighten the bolt when re-assembling.

Good luck
