Explorer Throttle Body linkage modification?!

I've searched threw the forum, and read the article on the explorer intake install, and each article says "you must change the throttle linkage on the explorer tb" well my question is, what do you do to change it? I've read that you have to weld something on? that Isn't a problem for me, what I want to know how and what to weld on, I havent taken a good look at the stock tb linkage, and the linkage on my explorer tb, but does anyone have experience in doing this? Thanks!

Explorer Throttle Body linkage modification?!

You need to take the linkage from the stock 5.0L mustang TB, and put it in the explorer TB (discarding the explorer linkage.) This is because the throttle cable set up on the two vehicles is different.

The weld needed becomes self evident as you need to grind off a tab to remove the old throttle linkage shaft, so it must be welded back when you get it in the Exp throttle body.
