Where to get a clutch fork boot??

I need a clutch fork boot that will fit my Lakewood bellhousing (for an ~'85-'93 mustang T-5), and I have no idea where to find one. The Lakewood catalog doesn't have any, and I think the window on the Lakewood bellhousing is longer than the window on the stock T-5 bellhousing, so I don't think a Ford one will work either (I need to measure it to make sure I'm right about that, though). Does anyone have any ideas where I might find one, or at least something close that I could make work? Thanks

Where to get a clutch fork boot??

Woops, nevermind. I just measured it, and turns out that the window is in fact the same size as the stock T5 bellhousing's, so I should be able to use a standard '85-'93 or whatever Mustang clutch fork boot.

One more question though, is it normal for the fork to position itself towards the top of the cutout in the bellhousing? Seems to me that, unless they just cut the hole in the bellhousing in the wrong place, it should move horizontally along the midline of the hole in the bellhousing, but mine is practically rubbing the top of the hole. Is it possible my throwout bearing got into a weird position and the fork is no longer centered on it? The pedal feels really smooth, it doesn't bind anywhere, which leads me to believe everything is lined up right, and the hole in the bellhousing is just a quarter inch lower than it should be or something. :/
