Art Carr converters

Anyone used Art Carr Performance out of Abilene Texas for torque converters. I'm looking to purchase a new converter for my 347/c4 combination & was given a good reference on them. Thanks for the help.

Art Carr converters

I have an Art Carr 10 inch converter that I ran for a long time. I eventually sent it back in and had it restalled and they did a rebuild on it and I ran it some more. It never did stall enough for what I needed. I finally went to a custom built 8 inch PTC converter. I still have the 10 inch and will put it in the next street type hot rod that I build.
