Where to mount gauges in a Mustang

- Where do you guys mount your gauges in your cars?
- Does anyone make some A pillar gauge holders for a '68 mustang?

I am planning on installing three 2 1/16" gauges (oil press, Coolant temp, O2 sensor) in my '68 Mustang. The problem is I have a Automatic console and would like to keep it.

Thanks,
Jon

I used the chrome 2" gage cups and have 3 around my steering column along with my tach. Check out Mustangs Unlimited for the cups

Mine are mounted under the dash, directly below about where the stereo is. Use the lip on the dash and the existing holes (may need to drill one) to bolt up the gage holder.

Thanks guys for the replies. I'm trying to find a spot other than right under the stereo since my console is there.

69 302/351,
Are these the holder you are referring to? Do you have a picture of your interior by chance I could see?

Theres a guy in my club who has them mounted where the radio goes.He has the little mini set of three. It looks ok but then you have to find somewhere for the radio.Aftermarket gauges can be fitted into the stock bezels fairly easily(the 3 little ones up top)
