73' 3-Speed bolt up to 351C?

Hey Guys
I found a complete 3 speed manual in a 73 Maverick in a junk yard and was wondering if it will bolt up to a 70 mustang w/ a 351c?
The Mav has a 302 2V. It also had traction bars which I am going to go grab tomorrow :^)

Matt, I am doing nearly the same thing but to a 73, and it is a 4 speed Top Loader. It is not the easiest job in the world (there are A LOT of parts involved) and a lot of wrench turning (sometimes you can only turn the wrench 1/4 of a turn, and it is too tight to get a socket on.) If you want to go to a manual you may want to look for a top loader, or a 5 speed of some sort...unless your heart is set on this three speed. ofcourse, changing the trans will be the easy part of the whole thing if you ever get tired of the 3 speed. Getting all of the parts is most definately the hardest part. Followed by the damned clutch pedal...I have a 69/70 clutch pedal assembly that is nice, I paid dearly for it, but is in PERFECT condition...it looks like it is brand new. Well, I went back this morning and the the entire car was gone. I think someone bought it because it was too nice for the crusher...the 302 2V was untuched...oh well.

I did find a 74 pinto with a 4 banger with a 5 speed....I doubt that wild bolt up....am I right?
