2.02 valves in ford heads

Thanks for all your help guys. Yeah, frdnut, I have the '95 E7TE heads I'm doing this to. Not the stock heads from my 85 gt. I got the heads from a guy for 125 bucks, and they have 13,000 miles on them. I got them fully assembled. I purchased my vavles for 58 bucks off of ebay. New pushrods is gonna cost me 20 bucks, and not sure about springs yet. The shop thats gonna put my valves in is also gonna mill them for me for about 150 bucks. I'm doing the porting myself by following the article in this website.
I do have one more question if anyone is still reading this. Does anyone know how much of a lift the stock springs can handle on these heads I'm using.
