Motor mount towers for 460 swap & headers

HI ALL

I am putting the front frame clip off of a 72 1/2 ton that had a 6cyl. in it (all the way to behind the tranny cross member) into my 64 International. To get away from the straght axle anyway. Which motor mount towers can I use for this swap and which headers (what size tubes?) (model for ) can I use? Would I just use something for a 72 1/2 ton beings I'm useing the frame clear back to the tranny?
One other question what could I gain by boreing the block .060 over instade of .030 over. Would I gain hp-tq or just cubes. My curent set up will be home ported Stock heads (d3),lunati cam ( 516 in - 543 ex), 77 truck block and rods,flat top pistons, Edelbrock rpm air gap (if I can find one),750 Edelbrock carb. & headers. Pump gas.

You won't gain anything significant by a .060 overbore. If you want a line on a complete kit for mounts e-mail me I can hook you up cheap! Use headers for a '73-79 truck, 2wd, 460 engine. I've done several & am in the process of doing one now.
