8 Sec Zephyr

Here is a shot of the 8 sec Zephyr I posted another picture of with me doing tranny work. The pic is taken at my local track on PEI, the car is from Newfoundland. Car is basically tube frame. The dial-in on the window is making a liar out of me but it has gone 8's in good air and their home track has better traction than mine.
600 CID they used the Ford FMS block, when the machinist looked at the as delivered bore he decided to weigh the metal removal. Almost 50 lbs of cast iron just from boring to size.
