cam and stall

soon i will be changing my cam on my 408W, now since im going to a bigger hy roller, either, 224 232, or 232 242@.050, now its 218 228, all 112lsa,should i up the converter 2500stall now 11''JPT custom made to 3000 stall or change the rear, 3.50 posi to 3.73 or 3.91, street car so i dont need to low of gears for daily driving mostly weekends, change stall or rear ratio?
