2.3 turbo
Does anybody know how much power did the 2.3 turbo in T-birds made. I'm thinking of puting one into a ford cortina...any suggestions?

Earlier SVO's and Thunderbird turbo coupes made 175 bhp. Later ~1986 SVO's made 200 bhp.

The '87-'88 5 speed Turbo Coupes were 190hp, the automatics 150hp(has less boost and single exaust)

Thanks guys...those numbers are great which means it would work wonders on a light weight vehicle like the cortia...that is if I can get the engine to fit in the compartment.
