Need quick answer, 3.55 or 3.8 gears

I'm going to West Coast Differentials tomorrow to have an Auburn Pro Limited Slip installed and new gears. Right now I have 3.00:1 gears, and I have the Z-Spec T5 with 2.95 first gear and 0.63 fifth. This car is daily driven street, sometimes going to Sears Point for wednesday night drags. I am also soon going to be upgrading the motor from it's current mild 289 to a pretty built up 302 motor (either 302 or 331).
So, for this situation, would you go with the 3.55 or the 3.8? I'm leaving tomorrow at 8 am for Sacramento, so if any of you could reply before then, I'd really appreciate it.

If you have the 5 speed go with 4:11`s you wont be dissapointed, but if you cant do that the 3.80`s would be my choice.

Go deep. 4.11's. The overdrive will mellow them out on the highway, and if you're gonna build a hotter mill, it will like cruising at a higher rpm than the stocker. And rowing the gears will be a blast!
