I ran the drag lites on my falcon with stoch studs they wont stick out of the wheel all you have to do is run the longer shank lugnuts.

Keep in mind NHRA rules dictate the stud must protrude into the "hex" portion of the lugnut by at least the diameter of the stud. I'm not sure if this applies to the front of the vehicle, but I know it applies to the back.

Of course it all only applies if you're going racing too

NHRA is really sticky about the length of wheel studs, especially with aftermarket (THICK), wheels.
Like previous post states, any racing, and they'll boot ya pretty quick.

It applies to front & rear & both sets must have valve stems held in with nuts as well.

The Granada disks that I have on my Fairlane use an odd diameter shoulder on the studs. They are like .561" diameter knurl. B&B makes a full 3" stud but the ones marked for the Franklin aren't a full 3". I never could find a full 3" stud for these by Moroso or Arp and didn't find the B&B till I had bought the one's listed for a Franklin.

I used a ream to bore mine out to correct size and it worked perfectly with the common ones that are just a little bigger. Got same Granada rotors on my 73 Pinto big brake 5 bolt swap with S10 calipers.

I used it like that for the two years I ran it at the local track they never said anything but I always knew it wisent right. I’m going to remove stock studs and if hole is small enough I will drill and tap them for ½ 20 and put longer ones in. If not I will go to 5/8 like the rears.
