C4 to T5 swap

I have an 89 GT that the AOD went out and the old owner put in a crappy C4 that didnt work right. Well I already bought the tranny off EBAY but hasnt gotten here yet. I have a clutch pedal, bellhousing, clutch cable, and quadrant lined up to get. I am wondering what else I will need. Will I need a longer or shorter driveshaft? If you have done an auto to manual swap I would like to hear from ya. Thanks a bunch.
