Harmonic exchange
I have good 351w (heads J.R.200,ESP rods, W. steath intake, 3200-6500rpm cam +all the good stuff ARP has to offer)with a fully balenced bottom end. The clutch P. Plate, Flywheel, crank, Rods, Pistons, and Harmonic Balancer were all dynamicly balanced.
The balancer that is with the motor is a stock ford Harmonic Balancer (beleive that it's neutral balanced, cause I have a 28oz out flywheel), it's in good shape.(it's an early three bolt)
I have come opon a new Aluminum Damper thats neutral balanced and SFI aproved.
Can I just throw this new damper on?
DO I have to have a shop match it to my old damper?
Is this all just a pipe dream?
thanks
